Scope
- NOTE: On July 1, 2015 the State of Indiana enacted House Enrolled Act No. 1019 as amended by House Enrolled Act No. 1001 which repeals the common construction wage requirement for public works projects. Construction projects which use federal funds will continue to be evaluated for compliance with the Davis-Bacon Act.
